The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) Health Community of Practice is pleased to host the next community teleconference on Tuesday, November 28 from 8:30-9:30AM EST (GMT-5). During this telecon, Marina Mendoza (ImageCat, Inc.) will present research on predicting wildland fire health impacts, Antonio Correas (Skymantics) will describe ongoing work related to heat waves and emergency health care, Emmanouil Platanakis (Univ. of Bath, UK) will share his proposal to develop a decision and alert system for air pollution-related health risks, and Paul Churchyard (HSR.health) will discuss the development of generative AI-based user interface to geospatial, health applications. Then, the Health Care Infrastructure Work Group leads will moderate an open discussion on health care infrastructure topics.
